Ingredients: 100 % hemp seeds.

You can consume the hemp seeds grinded, smashed, roasted or as they are. It is also possible to use them as an addition to your meals such as salads, sandwiches, soups, stews or baked dishes. From my personal experience they taste great grinded and mixed with salt, sprinkled on fried eggs or boiled potatoes.

We also make hemp milk from the seeds.

Perfectly suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
